After years of experience in the restaurant industry and a deep knowledge of local excellence, Nicola Lentini decided to bring the quality of his pizzas into Italian homes.
This gave rise to a line of handmade frozen pizzas combining convenience with authentic flavour.
An innovative product rewriting the rules of home consumption: for those with little time who still want the taste, quality and craftsmanship of real Italian pizza.

From the very first restaurant I opened in Turin, I have always held a deep conviction: to achieve an extraordinary product, you need extraordinary ingredients.
That is why I personally select every supplier and producer we work with.
We use exclusively Italian Ingredients – genuine, traceable and of the highest quality.
It is from this care that Lentini pizzas are born: true expressions of taste, tradition and Italian passion.

The IFS (International Food Standard) is designed to facilitate the effective selection of food suppliers for retail private-label brands, based on their ability to deliver safe products complying with contractual specifications and legal requirements.
It is a model recognised both in Europe and worldwide.
It is one of the food safety standards recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international initiative whose primary goal is to strengthen and promote food safety throughout the entire supply chain.
